- There has been a court-approved settlement for buildings with dangerous and corrosive Phenolic Foam Roof Insulation.
- In order to receive compensation you must file a claim form for each property with Beazer Phenolic Foam Roof Insulation by December 13, 2002.
- The Notice Administrator has not received your claim.
- If the claim form is not filed by December 13, 2002, your claim will be legally barred and you will lose your right to receive substantial monetary compensation.
- Settlement compensation is prorated based on when the claim is filed. Any delay in filing your claim is costing you money!
